In this show, we spoke about the challenges we’re seeing in the leaders around us in these times… working from home, maybe around children who are off school, dealing with numerous personal and business struggles including money concerns… so they’re doing all that as well as leading a team.
Elizabeth and I spoke about what we’ve seen about the adaptive leadership needed in these times… and specifically the three elements that we need to embody… being, vision and action.

- The three elements are Being, Vision, Action (with a golden thread of connection & collaboration running through them). We cycle through these stages over and over so they’re not exactly linear and sequential but they can be helpful to see them this way… we get the inspiration for aligned action from an aligned being and vision.
- We will get brought present to our blind spots, our shadow… this is a time to get to know ourselves and our patterns better than ever before… which puts us in a position to make choices instead of being compelled by our subconscious drivers.
